Located in the Four Seasons Hotel New York, the Calvisius Caviar Lounge offers caviar connoisseurs a taste of the exquisite Italian Calvisius Malossol caviar. A perfect spot to escape for a casual bite or divine indulgence, the sophisticated and cozy lounge exudes a 1930's Art Deco elegance, updated with select modern elements. Designed by James D'Auria Associates, the lounge features a custom-built onyx caviar showcase and matching bar, both enveloped by deep brown Macassar and caramel Pear Wood. The menu features small plates which include Calvisius caviar served The Italian Way with warmed potato purée, or Solamente with blinis or toasts. To complement these dishes, the lounge will offer selection of fine French Champagne, Italian sparkling wine, and superior vodkas.
